She is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Menzon Limited. She started out her career as a General Cashier/ Credit Control Officer where she was introduced into the world of Finance and since then, she has been making tremendous career progress with giant strides. Esther has handled outstanding projects as a Project Accountant, and Centre Point Network Limited was privileged to have had a touch of her professionalism.
She is a graduate of Enugu State University of Science and Technology –B.Sc. Accounting and she is also a Chartered Accountant.

LAWRENCE AKANIRO C.

HEAD, TRAINING DEPARTMENT

He is presently the Head of Training in Menzon Limited with professional experience as a Soft Skill trainer with expertise in Corporate Etiquette and Protocol Intelligence. His experiences include: Working with Telecom Industry, where he had a mandate to monitor and optimize Telecommunication Networks in Nigeria across the three major
telecommunication providers in Nigeria, training of young professionals in understanding Organizational culture and goals for effective participation in achieving corporate goals. He is also experienced in business retreat and Team building , vision and mission statement analysis for corporate participation in achieving a common goal. In recent times, his work involves Staff Management with the application of Emotional Intelligence where applicable and ensure work place incivility is reduced to its barest minimum.
He has successfully trained staff of various Corporate organization on different areas which include: Organizational Internal Culture, Telephone and Dining Etiquette, Etiquette Driven Sales and Marketing training and a lot more.
He is a graduate of University of Jos – B.Sc. Pharmacology and Physiology, member – Security Expert and intelligence Practitioners, Fellow- National Security and Intelligence Studies, Fellow – Chattered Institute of Public Management. Associate- Association of Laboratory Technologists of Nigeria, Fellow- Institute of Security Management and Operations, PGD- Peace and Conflict Resolution and Management (Obafemi Awolowo University)- In View.
